The bakery is located at the entrance of the site.

Breads, croissants and brioches are baked daily.

Wheat used by the bakery is grown in Charlevoix and ground on the site. The bread is sold at the bakery.

In 2008, the bakery is opened from June 12 to October 13 inclusively.

Opening hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
